These dry skin care products supply lipid enhancements to the skin, hence enabling moisture retention within the skin. In order to prevent skin dryness, it should be noted that you should use the right water temperature when showering etc, otherwise it could encourage dry skin if the water is too hot.

In summation, to keep dry skin at bay you need to be gentle with it. Steer clear of cleansers that are alcohol based as these can strip the skin. In addition to this, do not wash your face in a rough matter – just pat it dry.
